On a quest in search for Frodo Baggins and Sam Gamgee
It’s been quite some time I’ve seen the winding dirt roads of a mountain hike. In the previous weekend, Terrell had set up an adventurous hike up the Sunol mountain in Alameda County. With about a group of 16 of us, we had scoured the mountain for about 4-and-a-half hours. This caused haunting flashbacks of my trip to Half Dome back in 2006, and my pelvic area was in pain for the following three days. Moments like these are quite orgasmic!

Thanks to Terrell, you can view a whole buncha hiking pics here.

Anyways, this has motivated me again to set-up a trip to Half Dome for 2008. Matt and I agreed that we will secure a cabin by the end of April for those that wish to join us. This way, we can commit ourselves and weed out those that won’t go for “fear of falling off a mountain”. We’re aiming for a late-August 2008 date for Half Dome, itself. Look out below… I will send out an evite by the time we get a spot for the cabin. In the meantime, let’s all do some more pelvic-pain-inducing exercises in the coming months! 😀
