San Diego 2020

I’ve come back to San Diego more times than I can remember, a lot of times because of SDCC. But, on occasion, I like to visit with great friends just to get-away and chill. The beaches are nice, the weather is friendly, and the seafood. Yummy!

I’ve come back to San Diego more times than I can remember, a lot of times because of SDCC. But, on occasion, I like to visit with great friends just to get-away and chill. The beaches are nice, the weather is friendly, and the seafood. Yummy!

My favorite spot is staying in Little Italy, and checking out Filippi’s Pizza Groto (hung up about four Chinati wine bottles here, on various occasions, in the past few years), walking among the sea front, and checking out the alleged haunted rooms at the famous hotel del Coronado. And the beaches!

Unfortunately, I don’t have any video edit. Didn’t shoot enough footage, but it was fun times as usual with my good buddies BigMike, Randolph, and Will PR!

Here are a few foodie pics, tho…

Phil’s BBQ. Finger smacking ribs!
Filippi’s Pizza Grotto. Linguini with clams w/ white wine sauce.
Eve Encinitas. And, none of us are vegans! But, was yummy!
Taco El Gordo. Looooooonnnnnngggg lines.
Crab Hut. I had to wear gloves and bib to tackle this bad boy.
Brian’s 24 Restaurant Bar & Grill. Noticed how everything is sitting around the edge of the table. Not enough room on the table for our appetite.

While the guys were hanging at a local bar, Oggi’s, watching the ‘9ers game (yelling their lungs off), I was nerd hunting at the local bookstores and comic shops around the Carlsbad area, but didn’t pick up anything.

Nerd Mecca!

Oddly enough, I can’t seem to find any of the group pics on my phone. Or, I don’t recall if we even took any. Or they have been moved to my other drives (been doing a lot of archiving). So, I will leave you only with this screenshot of an IG story post I found…
